Using Eivan

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use Eivan only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for confirming that people you invite are allowed to access the relevant workspace.

Trial and subscriptions

New accounts receive the trial period shown at signup. The trial does not automatically become paid: you must choose a plan and complete Stripe checkout. Paid plans are billed monthly at the displayed price until cancelled. Plan limits and included features are shown before checkout.

You can cancel through the billing portal. Unless the law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and previously paid fees are not automatically refunded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your content

You retain ownership of property information and files you upload. You give Eivan a limited permission to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to upload the content and must not use Eivan to store unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Maintenance information is not professional advice

Eivan helps organise information and reminders. Suggested schedules are general guidance and may not match a property, manufacturer instruction, lease, insurance policy, regulation, or professional assessment. You remain responsible for inspecting the property, choosing qualified providers, meeting legal and safety obligations, and deciding when work is required.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features to improve security, reliability, or product focus. If a material change negatively affects a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

Suspension and account closure

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, non-payment, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using Eivan at any time. Contact hello@eivan.app if you need help exporting or deleting account data.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Eivan is not responsible for indirect loss arising from missed maintenance, third-party work, or decisions made from general schedule suggestions. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
